This varies from system to system, our CEC designers will first access your roof then design the best possible system to claim the most out of the rebate and pay your system off ASAP. Our main objective is to give you the most benefit possible from Solar energy.
2. Is there finance available?
Yes there is finance available for all size systems, rent to own or chattel loan.
3. What is the interest rate?
The interest rate varies from 4.8%- 7.5%, we use Macquarie finance to fund most of our deal whom are very competitive in the market.
4. How long is the finance set up for?
You can set the finance up from 2-7 years, 7 years being the least amount replayed each month. We generally suggest 5 years as a starting point and have found in some cases the savings from solar are more then the monthly repayment which means the system has cost our customer nothing with savings made from day 1.
5. Is there a deposit required?
There is no deposit required for systems 30KW and under.
6. How long from signup to installation?
For systems under 30kw we would say 3-4 weeks from signup to install and for systems over 30kw we allow 2-4 months which is because of the electrical distributor whom needs to assess our application and determine if the system we are designing is eligible to be installed on their electricity lines and transformers. Our in-house engineers get involved in this application and submit wiring diagrams and make assumptions to the distributor.

We work in NSW, VIC, TAS, ACT
14. Is there any new penetrations in the roof?
No we use clip lock roof brackets or simply use the existing roofing screws. If you ever wanted to take the system off the roof you could and be left with little to no penetrations that need to be sealed.
